Operations Administrator

Black Pear Electrical, a family run electrical contracting company is looking to recruit a full-time pro-active, flexible, efficient and friendly administrator to support the operational activities of the business

 Skill requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an administrator is essential
  • Good at multi-tasking
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent team worker
  • Excellent software / IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Scope of work:

  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexibility in working hours
  • Processing engineers job cards in preparation for invoicing
  • File management and version control of electrical certificates (no technical knowledge required)
  • Stock ordering and management
  • Processing POs and Invoices
  • Taking customer leads and enquiries
  • General support to the operational team
  • Covering of the main office phone
  • General business admin duties
  • Start available ASAP
  • Office based in Droitwich, Worcestershire


  • Salary £21,500 – £24,400 per annum depending on experience
  • 20 Days holiday
  • Enrolment in pension scheme
