Black Pear Electrical, a family run electrical contracting company is looking to recruit a full-time pro-active, flexible, efficient and friendly administrator to support the operational activities of the business
Skill requirements:
- Previous experience working as an administrator is essential
- Good at multi-tasking
- Attention to detail is essential
- Excellent team worker
- Excellent software / IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Scope of work:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexibility in working hours
- Processing engineers job cards in preparation for invoicing
- File management and version control of electrical certificates (no technical knowledge required)
- Stock ordering and management
- Processing POs and Invoices
- Taking customer leads and enquiries
- General support to the operational team
- Covering of the main office phone
- General business admin duties
- Start available ASAP
- Office based in Droitwich, Worcestershire
Package:
- Salary £21,500 – £24,400 per annum depending on experience
- 20 Days holiday
- Enrolment in pension scheme
