The Aspire Academy needed undertake their statutory Electrical Installation Condition Report.  Black Pear were awarded the contract based on price, we also liked that they were a local company and were very thorough during their tendering site visit.

During the summer holiday period we had other contractors on site.   What we particularly liked about Black Pear Electrical was that they were friendly, adaptable to everything else going on at the time in the school and answered any queries we had at the end of the works.

Black Pear Electrical completed all the fixed wire testing and provided the Academy with a full written report.  The report was very clear and understandable; including a comprehensive spreadsheet breakdown detailing any remedial works required, categorised by urgency.  Not on any occasion did Black Pear attempt to push themselves for fulfil the rectification work.

When the occasion arises again to undertake price comparisons for electrical works, or in an emergency situation, we will have no hesitation than to approach Black Pear.
